Our annual cohorts are designed to help Creo churches move from aspiration to implementation. This is accomplished by giving pastors direct access to the best possible resources, facilitating learning environments that are focused on actionable strategies and plans, and by connecting leaders in ongoing low-control, high-accountability relationships with other Creo pastors.

THE FOLLOWING THREE COHORTS WILL BE LAUNCHING IN FALL OF 2017:

1. Future Travelers
Explores the paradigm of church as an apostolic movement, equipping leaders to confidently launch a movement and navigate change. (Led by Alan Hirsch and Alex Absalom.)

2. Building a Disciplemaking Culture
Helps you clarify and design your church’s unique disciplemaking language, vision, practices and strategy in your local context. (Led by Auxano's Dave Rhodes and the EFCA's Shane Stacey.)

3. Building a Leadership Pipeline
Focuses on how to design, build and begin implementing a leadership pipeline. (Led by Mac Lake.)
